Ozlem Sarioglu
Managing Partner, Professional Coach, PCC
Ozlem Sarioglu began her professional career as a consultant at PwC, where she advised financial institutions on their global structuring and gained coaching experience as a manager. Ozlem has been selected by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as one of the six honourees of the Young Leader Award in 2019 to carry coaching into the future. In 2021, she became one of the official members of Forbes Coaches Council. Having the PCC credential from the ICF, she has more than 1500 hours of coaching experience. She is also a volunteer in the Development team of EMCC Global.
Dani Benreytan
Managing Partner, Design and Business Development
After completing a Master of Design at the Domus Academy, Dani Benreytan started his career as a design management consultant, where he helped companies to build their brands. At SparkUs, Dani spearheaded the concept of turning traditional coaching into a gamified online coaching platform. By transforming what used to be a face-to-face service to a self-serving gamified digital coaching tool, SparkUs was able to reduce costs drastically and expand coaching services to masses.

After graduating from Marmara University with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, Meriç worked in HR and Account Management. At SparkUs, Meric manages the proposal process for new customer acquisition and ensures customer excellence.

After graduating from Sabancı University with a BS in Industrial Engineering, Ender joined EY Turkey as a risk consultant. He analyzed the potential risks of IT and Finance processes. At SparkUs, Ender manages the business development processes and key accounts. He is at his element when building and developing sustainable customer relationships.

Chairwoman
Before becoming a body psychotherapy practitioner, Vivi started as an entrepreneur and a career coach. As a coach, she helped people attune to their potential and take initiative for a career, aligned with their “Presenceu”.
Now, incorporating her training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Core Energetics into her “Cultivating Presence” practice, she enables her clients to self-actualize. She helps them become resilient, achieve fulfilment and presence-based leadership through centeredness practices.
Gurkan Sarioglu
Board Member
Gurkan Sarioglu, BSc EE, PCC. Gurkan is specialized in business and leadership coaching with a background of thirty-seven years of corporate life experience in ICT sector gained in Turkish Telekom, IBM Turkey, STFA Group, Ericsson Turkey and Turkcell. He is now serving on the ICF Independent Review Board since Apr. 2016. He led the 2018 ICF Ethics Code Review Team. He served as an ICF Turkish Chapter leader (2010 –2012) and as a founding member of the EMEA Regional Advisory Board (2014 – 2016).
Yusuf Biton
Board Member
Yusuf was born in 1954 in Istanbul. He graduated from Galatasaray High School and ITU Faculty of Electricity. He entered the computer business in the 1980s and brought Commodore computers to Turkey. Yusuf built the first domestic assembly computers in Turkey. In the 1990s, he became the managing partner of the largest computer parts distributor company in Europe. After this distributor company was sold, he set up a factory on plastics with the same business partners, which was also sold to a European company. Currently, he is an angel investor for high tech companies like SparkUs.
