Meaningful Mentoring Conversations
The SparkUs Platform provides the Mentor with a sound basis to start the mentoring conversation.
Traditionally, Mentors start the mentoring process with great intentions to support the less experienced. However, they might have second thoughts on whether what they are sharing is really helpful or not.
Moreover, they usually need a certain structure for the process so that mentoring does not turn into “just a friendly conversation” and/or not to miss the self-discovery part of the process.
Be prepared
Thanks to the digital exercises completed by the Mentee through our platform, the Mentor gets to know the aspirations, strengths, and goals of the Mentee beforehand.
Monitor
SparkUs undertakes most of the burden of monitoring the mentoring process from the shoulders of the Mentor, by serving as a platform to:
